Two individual soundproof booths have been installed at Léon Graulich—a first for our library!
These booths are designed to provide you with the peace and quiet you need to make your calls—whether they’re video conferences or other types of calls—in complete privacy.
They thus meet a growing demand among our users and complement the collaborative workrooms already available.
They are located on the upper floor of the library and can now be reserved via Book It, just like the collaborative workrooms, by selecting the “Cabine acoustique” category.
The maximum occupancy time is 2 hours, with a weekly limit of two reservations per user.
On the day of your reservation, please check in at the front desk no later than 30 minutes after the start of your booked time slot. You will then be checked in and given access to your reserved booth.
The Interlibrary Loan service is getting better! Thanks to automatic verification of files transmitted via RapidILL, every document provided through this partner is now compatible with reading assistance tools.
Electromagnetic-wave-blocking pouches are now available at the Léon Graulich Library! They block unwanted calls or notifications that might distract you while you're studying.
From Monday, April 20, through Tuesday, June 30, “exam period” rules will be in effect in our libraries and study rooms to provide you with the best possible study conditions.
