free for individuals wishing to use our services and resources for private, non-profit purposes. However, a one-time fee of 5€ is required for the membership card.
50 EUR for individuals wishing to use our services and resources in connection with for-profit activities (legal professions, businesses, pharmaceutical companies, etc.). The cost of the card is included in the registration fee.
In the event of loss or damage to the card, a new fee will be charged.
If you go to the Reading Room (20-Août), you will receive your card right away. If you re-register at another location, your card will be mailed to you a few days later.
Cards can only be issued with a photo. When you register or re-register, you can provide a digital photo to our staff. Several of our locations are equipped to take your photo on site.
When you register, it’s important to provide us with a mailing address where we can easily reach you (especially so we can send you your library card). Please keep this in mind if you’re living in student housing. If necessary, feel free to let our staff know the different addresses where we can contact you.
During the exam period, studying in the library is reserved for ULiège students; however, you can still use our resources and services (such as borrowing materials...). We welcome you the rest of the year!
