As part of the "Nourrir Liège festival", April 9–19, 2026, ULiège is highlighting the evolution of its university dining services as part of an ambitious strategy for sustainable cafeterias, aimed at improving nutritional quality, ensuring transparency in supply chains, and incorporating local and responsibly sourced products.
