Wireless Projectors

If you have an Apple computer or smartphone, you can use the built-in “Screen Mirroring” feature. It’s available in the Control Center, in the menu bar. Otherwise, download the MirrorOp app.

Computer:

• MirrorOp (Windows) 
• MirrorOp (Mac)

Smartphone:

• MirrorOp Presenter (iPhone)
• Android: Unfortunately, the MirrorOp app for Android is no longer available.

1 - Connect to the projector's Wi-Fi network ("wePresent-...").

If you launch the MirrorOp software before this step, it will not be able to find the projector.

The full Wi-Fi name includes the name of the building you’re in. For example: “wePresent-B31D.”

2 - Launch MirrorOp and connect to the projector.

The projector’s name should appear. If it doesn’t, click “Refresh.”

4 - Once connected to the projector, click “Play” to share your screen.

If someone else wants to share their screen at the same time as you, they can simply follow the same steps. 

5 - To stop sharing your screen, click “Stop.”

Don’t forget to turn off the projector when you leave the room. Ask a staff member for help if needed.

If you launched the MirrorOp app after selecting the "wePresent…" Wi-Fi network, the software may not be able to connect to the projector.

Close MirrorOp, connect to the “wePresent…” Wi-Fi network, and restart the app.

Open your browser. A "Guest" login page should appear. 

Use your usual login credentials.
